How We Cook

We sprout grains, seeds, and legumes to make them lighter and easier to digest. Sprouting unlocks nutrients, reduces heaviness, and gives the body food it can actually use.
For us, sprouting is a way of preparing food with patience and intention .

We make gentle, homemade ferments that support digestion, bring depth of flavor add natural probiotics, and help keep the gut balanced.
Homemade Ferments
We cook with what grows here on the island. Seasonal, local ingredients are more nutritious and better suited to the climate than food shipped from far away.
Local & Seasonal Sourcing
We never cook with heated oils. Once heated, oils oxidize and become inflammatory. We add organic, high-quality raw oils only after cooking to keep everything pure and nourishing.
